Import a dated snapshot
Upload a complete provincial export for a single reporting date. Historical files can be imported in any order. Use the date the export represents, not the upload date.
Dates must be supplied explicitly. Duplicate dates and conflicting duplicate people are rejected. A failed import saves nothing.
